With the help of twice-weekly physio & my twice-daily home arm rehab exercises, my shoulder has been improving well.
I've started kayak paddling again. The first attempt was extremely painful and I could only do 4 strokes before I had to stop due to the pain & tightness. A few days ago I did a 20km paddle of a loaded sea kayak in Lake Pedder in s/w Tasmania.
So far, so good.
